  中国医药物资协会(China Medical Pharmaceutical Material Association)成立于1989年,是经中华人民共和国民政部登记注册的全国性、非盈利性社会团体一级法人组织,业务主管单位为国务院国有资产监督管理委员会。

  协会以“密切联系社团、企业、政府关系,维护会员单位合法权益,加强行业自律,推进产业改革发展”为根本宗旨和发展目标。

  协会共拥有会员单位5000多家,涵盖医药行业各相关领域,下设医药工业、医药商业、医药零售(连锁、单体)、民族医药、电子商务、医疗器械、道地药材、中药饮片、国医馆、名老中医专家、参茸、保健品、医药数据研究、健康网络媒体、执业药师、医药上市企业、投融资、非药、孕婴童、大健康产业营销、处方药、药用辅料与包装材料等多个分支机构。并在全国发起成立了24家省级连锁药店分会、19家省级单体药店分会、2家省级医药商业分会,发起成立了道地药材国际贸易联盟、中国百强连锁药店企业家俱乐部。随着涉及范围的扩大以及会员的不断增加,将相应设立更多的分支机构,以适应协会的发展。协会常设机构为秘书处,负责协会的日常管理和服务工作,下设行政部、会员部、信息部、国际部、信用评价办公室。

  协会设有官方网站www.cmpma.cn、行业门户网站成长网www.cz2006.com,开通微信公众平台(cmpma1989)、微博等作为对外交流、沟通、传播平台,作为会员服务的重要内容。

  协会业务范围包括:反映会员正当愿望和合理诉求;组织和实施行业调查与统计,提出有关行业规划、产业政策、经济立法等建议和信息咨询服务;表彰先进,推进行业发展;组织相关理论及实务研究;参与制定行业标准、行业职业技能鉴定和质量认证;开展各种专业人员培训;协调行业及会员之间的经济、法律纠纷;组织本行业开展各类国际交流活动;组织展览与商品交易活动;组织公益事业活动;主管主办报刊、网站与数字媒体、年鉴、资料和出版物等。

  为促进会员交流,支持会员成长。协会每年重点举行三大会议活动。分别是每年春季的”大健康产业电子商务(西湖)论坛”(针对医药电子商务),迄今成功举办三届,是目前规模最大的医药电子商务行业盛会;每年12月12日的“中国药店国际博览会暨连锁药店国际论坛”(针对医药零售),迄今成功举办三届,并于2014年推出“12•12药店节”作为药店人的节日;其次每年11月举行的“中国成长型医药企业发展论坛”(综合性会议),作为协会重要的会务活动品牌,在业内享有广泛影响力。自2006年首次举办以来,先后在杭州、北京、珠海、北京、武汉、济南、昆山以及泰国曼谷等地举行了九届,发布了《西湖宣言》《北京倡议书》《质量宣言》《北京公报》《东湖宣言》《诚信宣言》《曼谷宣言》等旨在促进行业自律、推动行业进步的纲领性文件。

  协会重视文化传承和会员交流,不定期举行一系列交流、沟通、对接、学习、会务、考察等活动。近年来,协会先后组织会员企业家举行了四大佛教名山朝圣之旅、湘赣陕红色寻根之旅、长江三峡文化之旅、祭炎祭黄祭孔大典等特色主题活动,举办了多种形式的医药工商对接活动,组织会员赴美国、欧洲、日本、韩国、澳大利亚、南非、马来西亚等进行国际交流,举行了多期中国医药“成长大讲堂”活动。

  协会长期致力于会员素质的培养和提高,联合北京大学药学院、比利时联合商学院、中国医院经营管理学院等共同主办了中国医药总裁管理学博士(DBA)学位班、工商管理硕士(MBA)学位班等,目前累计已开办六期,大量知名医药企业家及行业知名人士先后入学就读。

  协会紧跟国家产业政策,顺应行业发展规律,在产业基金、电子商务、工商零售业对接、国医馆、中药材等领域,设立项目组,开展专项活动,促进重点领域的推进,更具体的为会员服务。

  协会重视宣传工作,以树立行业标杆,弘扬正能量。协会与中国医药报等众多报刊杂志,以及各中央新闻网站,各省级新闻网站、各大型门户网站,行业门户网站均建立长期联系,广泛开展宣传工作。

  协会重视与各行业平台组织间的交流沟通,与世界中医药学会联合会、中国医药商业协会、全国卫生产业企业管理协会、中国医药企业管理协会、中国非处方药物协会等多家国内外行业组织建立紧密友好关系,并开展广泛合作。

  Brief introduction of Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Association

  Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Association was founded as a certificated first graded legal persons’ associationknown as nationwide and unprofitable bythe Ministry of Civil Affaires of People’s Republic of China in 1989 under the control of states-owned assets supervision and management department of the States Council.

  The association is aiming at building connections between committees, business parties and the government, guarding legal rights of the encountered parties, enforcing self-discipline of the industry, developing the reformation of the industry.

  Over 5000 enrolled parties are encountered and almost all major related areas within the medicine industryare involved. The organization has its branch organizations including medicine industry, medicine merchandizing, medicine retail (franchising, independent enterprising), local national medicine, e-commerce, medical equipment, genuine medicine, Chines herbal pieces, traditional Chinese medical center, public-known Chinese medical experts, ginseng antlers, health care products, medical statistic studies, health care network medias, professional pharmacists, listed medical enterprises, investment and financing, nonmedical products, the pregnant, infant and young kids, beauty and health marketing, prescription medicine, pharmaceutical excipients and packing materials. Etc. Meanwhile, the Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Associationhas founded 24 provincial level chained pharmacy branches, 19 provincial level enterprising branches, 2 province level medical merchandising branches, launched and organized International Trade Unions of Genuine Regional Material Medical, Chinese top-100 chained pharmacy clubs. As the expansion of the associated ranges as well as the growing number of members, more branches will be founded in order to adapt the development of the society. The standing body for the association includes the secretariat in charge of management and services with the supplementary of the division of administration, the division of membership, the division of international affairs and the office of credit evaluation.

  The business of Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Association includes: reflecting the willsand appropriate needs of members, organize researches for statistics, present the plans and policies for the related industries, design proposal for economics legislations, provide information consult services, give commendations to the advances, promote the development of the industry, organize related theoretical and practical researches, take part in setting standards for the medical industry, recognize and appraise the professional skills as well as the quality of products, carry out the training program for the professionals, coordinate the economic and legal disputes, organize interactive communication activities within the medical industry, organize exhibitions and product trading activities, organize and take part in charity institutions, edit magazines, websites, digital medias, year books, updated information as well as publications. Etc.

  For the purpose of promoting the effectiveness of communication between members and support their growth, 3 major conferences are held each year. The “The Health Industry Electronic Commerce BBS” in every spring has been held successfully for 3 years and it is currently the medical electronic commerce eventthat owns the largest scale. Meanwhile, the “Chinese pharmacy international exposition and chain pharmacies international BBS”(aiming at medical products retail) has been held successfully for 3 times thus far. At the same time, Dec. 12th has been launched as “The Festival for pharmacies” since the year of 2014. Secondly, as for one of another most influential remarkable event, the BBS for rapidly growing Chinese medical enterprises event(comprehensive conference) has been held every November ever since 2006 in Hangzhou, Beijing, Zhuhai, Beijing, Wuhan, Jinan, Kunshan as well as Bangkok Thailand according to the time order. XihuDeclaration”, “Beijing written proposal”, “Declaration of Quality”, “Beijing Bulletin”, “Donghu Declaration”, “Declaration of Honesty”, “Bangkok Declaration” are formed and announced during the BBS for the purpose of promoting awareness of self-discipline within the industry as well as motivating the formation of industry leading guidance documents.

  Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Association recognizes the importance of culture inheritance and communication between members. Hence, activities aiming at ideas exchanging, communicating, business integration and docking, studying, holding conferences, professional researching are placed irregularly throughout years. In recent years, the Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Association had organized the Trips of Pilgrims to the four Chinese famous Buddhist Mountains;the Journey of Seeking the Roots to Hunan, Jiangxi and Shanxi; the cultural trip to Yangtse Gorges;Ceremonies to sacrifice for Huangdi and Yandi; Docking between medical businesses and administrations in all forms as well as providing opportunities for members to communicate with the professionals abroad in America, Europe, Japan, Korea, South Africa, Malaysia. Meanwhile, the “lecture of growth” events for Chinese medical had been held for multiple times.

  The Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Association has been focusing on developing the professional skills and qualities of members, associated with the Peking University School of Pharmaceutical Science, the United Business Institution in Belgian, Chinese hospital of management to co-hostand provide the training courses for DBA degree, MBA degree. Etc. Six sessions had been hosted so far, large amount of owners for well-known corporations as well as celebrities within the industry have participated in the training program.

  Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Association has been following the policies made by government, complied with the development of the industry for the purposeof improving the development of major areas and provide better services with more details for members through implement special activities and set up teams for special projects among the area of industry foundation, electric commerce, industry and commercial retail, national institute of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicinal materials. Etc.

  Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Association recognizes the importance of publicity programsso as to establish the purpose of the medical industry and develop the positive energy among the industry chain. The Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Association had founded long-term partnership connections with the Chinese medical journal as well as numerous other journals and magazines, central news websites, province level news websites, web portals to launch outreaching activities.

  Chinese Medical Pharmaceutical Association also recognizes the importance of the communication between industrial platform organizations.Extensive corporations are established with Chinese medical association federation, Chinese medicine commercial society, China Nonprescription Medicines Association as well as other medical industries related internal and external organizations.
